Chapter Links

Throughout the book we have included web links to additional information.

The reason we chose to do this was there were many cases in which thelinks we wanted to use in the book were quite long and somewhat cryptic. This would have made them burdensome to actually type into a browser. We wanted to spare our readers from having to do this (we don't like doing it ourselves when we're reading a book either).

So to make it easier to access those URLs and the information they contain, we have created this companion website, and specifically this links section. Any time you see a “Link” reference in the book, you can come here and click the link number specified in the text to access the additional information.
